Are you accepting New Patients?
Our dental office is always happy to welcome new patients to our dental family.

 

Will you bill our insurance?
Yes, we will bill all insurance providers except TennCare.

 

Do I need to pay for my first visit even if I have insurance?
As a courtesy to our patients, our office will bill your insurance carrier. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for any remaining balance.

 

Do you have financing available?
We accept the following financial options for our patients:

  • Care Credit
  • Chase Health Advance
  • Visa, MasterCard, or Discover
  • Cash or check

 

Do you take children?
We see patients from 13 years old and up. Our office specializes in the care of adults who have had traumatic dental experiences as children.

 

What does your office do?
We do most general dentistry including: dental fillings, dental crowns, implants restorations, partials, dentures, oral facial pain management and TMD evaluations.

 

Do you pull teeth?
We refer all extractions out to the oral surgeon. Their office is equipped to provide the specialized care needed for this type of treatment.

 

Can you see me today?
We always try to care for the patient that is in pain. In most cases, we can see emergencies the same day.

 

What do I do if the office is closed for vacation and I have an emergency?
Our office has a working relationship with other dental providers who will care for our patients in the case of an emergency.  We also make sure there is always someone to check messages at the office, so we can return your call as soon as possible.
