I was born in Cameroun, West Africa to missionary parents. I have traveled quit a bit since that time including time spent in Europe, Italy, Spain, Scotland, and the Greek Islands.I am married to a great guy and we have 3 children: Ryan- 25, Sarah- 15 & Parker- 12. We have a menagerie of animals including: 2 dogs and 4 cats. We are active in our church and are also foster parents with a local therapeutic organization. We love camping, fishing, and being outdoors. When our children are grown we would love to be full time RV’ers.
I have worked in all aspects of the medical field for 24 years from Insurance Billing to Cancer Research. The last 4 years of that have been spent in Dentistry. Dentistry has given me the opportunity to pursue my desire for learning as well as giving me the chance to meet so many wonderful people, who I now consider part of our extended family.

Doris

I was born in southern California and later moved to northern California. I worked in a dental lab there for 6 years where I learned the art of pouring models and crown fabrication.I moved on to work in the local dental office where I became a registered dental assistant, where I was chair-side with the dentist. Later I moved to his front office where I handled the finances and insurance billing.
I have been married for 31 years and we love to travel to the Caribbean. I currently have one pet ~ Cooper. We moved to Crossville, TN 5 ½ years ago and I have been with Dr. Cain ever since.

Tammy
Dental Hygienist
I was born in Bangkok, Thailand during the Vietnam War. My dad retired from the Air Force when I was five, and we moved to Crossville. After graduating high school, I moved away for about fifteen years. I have lived in Nashville, TN; Kingsport, TN; and Richmond, KY.Some things you may not know about me: I attended Vanderbilt University the first time I went to college. I graduated with a double major in secondary education and mathematics. I taught middle school math in Kingsport for about 5 years. Then, I took some time off to have children. I came back to Crossville back in 2003 to be near family and to raise my children here.
When it was time to return to work, I decided to make a career change. I became interested in dental hygiene because I really admired the lady who cleaned my teeth. I realized that, she too, was an educator. I tested my interest in teeth by assisting a dentist. I loved it! I graduated from Roane State Community College in 2009 with a degree in dental hygiene and have been very fortunate to be with Dr. Cain ever since.
I have two daughters, Ansley (12) and Madeline (14), and one son, DJ (17). They keep me very busy! The girls are cheerleaders at Pleasant Hill and CCHS. DJ is looking for a college to attend. My interests include eating sushi, traveling to new places, and learning to play the piano.
