Fairfield Glade Lions Club: Travel & Adventure Series
The organization sponsors students from the TN School for the Blind by taking them on special outings for the day such as bowling and boating.

Fairfield Glade Community Club Golf Tournament Sponsor, Fairfield Glade, TN
The tournament benefits the following local organizations:
- House of Hope who provide food, shelter and clothing on a short-term basis to children whose circumstances require they be removed from their home;
- Plateau Pregnancy Services: provide free pregnancy tests, ultra-sound screenings, pre-natal classes, counseling, and abstinence classes to students in Cumberland, White, and Fentress Counties. No funding is provided for abortions;
- Imagination Library: Provides age appropriate hardcover books, once a month to children at no cost to the family.

Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon – April 1st, 2012, Knoxville, TN.
Wish Dr. Cain luck as she participates in her first half marathon! This marathon benefits: The Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center in Harriman, TN.
- Opened in 1978 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center is East Tennessee’s recognized leader in rehabilitating stroke, spinal cord and brain injury patients. A CARF accredited 73-bed facility, Patricia Neal offers a comprehensive, team approach to care. Physical, occupational, recreational, behavioral medicine and speech language therapists work with physiatrists to develop individual plans of care designed to return patients to a normal lifestyle as quickly as possible. In addition, rehabilitation nurses collaborate with specialists to teach self-care techniques and provide education to help patients reach optimal functionality.
3rd Annual Chattanooga Oral Cancer Walk – April 28, 2012
This event is an OCF sanctioned event and its purpose is to raise public awareness of Oral Cancer, the risk factors, and the importance of annual Oral Cancer Screenings. All of the proceeds go to benefit The Oral Cancer Foundation, a registered 501c3 public service charity. Chattanooga, TN.
Dr’s Rob & Pamela Cain along with their daughter Veronica – participate in the walk in memory of Dr. Pamela Cain’s step-mother, Ann Mathews, who lost her battle with cancer.

We donate oral hygiene products to be auctioned off in order to promote and encourage regular oral hygiene.

Pet Rescue Organization- that provides free spay and neuter clinics for pet owners that could not otherwise afford those services.

We participate by providing oral hygiene products for the annual Christmas Stockings that are handed out to local children.
